Dr. Cotham has enjoyed a long career in both higher education and church ministry. He
earned the M.A. and Ph.D. from Wayne State University and completed post-doctoral studies
at Vanderbilt University Divinity School. He has served several churches as pulpit minister and
has taught university courses in history, philosophy, religion, and ethics. He is author of
several books and currently serves as adjunct professor at Lipscomb University and Middle
Tennessee State University.
